Honestly with so much trends on social media, I have come to realized that whatever you put your mind to do a lot of people will be jealous, envious and talk all shits about you at the begining but it will be for awhile and it will fly away in thin air but your ability to stay focused and make the thing work out and become a successful story should be your ultimate joy and pride.

Today, many people are being celebrated for the successful story they were ridiculed at the beginning by people yet they forged ahead. Yes, we might have different opinions but despite the stabs, rumours,  hatred, disappointment,  and all sorts,  these successful people took the decision then never to give up on what they believed in, hadn't they make it their desired and strongwill to make it work maybe today they would be regretting not making such decisions.

Anything you put your mind to achieve forget what people will say, all their tales will be for awhile once your spirit supports it and its worth today's pain, please go ahead and make the best use of that opportunity.

Be Good Ambassadors Of Islam: ACOMORAN PRO Charges Ogun State Members

The Ogun State Public Relations Officer of ACOMORAN, Aremo Agunbiade has called on members of the Association in the state to be good ambassadors of Islam while observing this year's Ramadan.

He made this call during a phone conversation with reporters while sharing the plans of the association to restart its activities after the lockdown is lifted.

While wishing all Muslim faithfuls the very best during Ramadan, he charged them to pray for the country to overcome the scourge of Covid-19, saying that the role of prayer cannot be overemphasized.

"We are at a critical point, where our county is working hard to overcome the spread of Covid-19. We urge our Muslim brothers and sisters to remember the country in their prayers while observing Ramadan", he said.

"Fasting is a divine obligation. It is Allah's blessing upon his worshippers which lies at the foundation of a human's spiritual nobility and perfection".

He however cited a saying attributed to the Holy Prophet about staying safe, not contaminating others and maintaining good hygiene in the event of pandemics.

“Many centuries ago, our Prophet urged his people to eliminate the element of contact to save lives. It shows how much Islam values protection of life and health".

“Socially, people will be deprived of traditions like swapping dishes between community members, or hosting and attending any community gatherings,” he says, which are major aspects of Ramadan that have been practiced for more than 1,000 years.

Aremo thanked members of the Association for their compliance to the stay-at-home executive order placed on the state by the government in an effort to slow the advance of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Association has pledged to continue its support to members through this distribution of palliatives for as long as the lockdown lasts

PDA: A Governor With Vision By Ola Muritala

No doubt, the Ogun State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Gov. Dapo Abiodun-MFR has continued to give the State, hope for a brighter future and further establishing an independent State in terms of relationship between the trade and production outputs in the State.

Over the years, over dependence on earnings from oil resources has been the Bain of the Nation's growth and development. So far, so good, His Excellency, Gov. Abiodun has done wonderfully well in the Agricultural sector and other sectors of the State's economy.

The Governor believes in the economic policy shift which recognizes diversification into other sectors.

Governor Abiodun has built on President Muhammadu Buhari objective in terms of moving people out of poverty. Thus, He has continued to seek better ways of exploring green economy for sustainable economic growth by promoting necessary synergy.

Ogun State anchor Borrower's program is a concrete example of how Gov. Abiodun is moving the State forward and far through agriculture.
As expressed above, kindly see videos attached to have the better understanding of how the government of Ogun State seeks better ways of exploring green economy for sustainable economic growth via agriculture.

... building our future together.

COVID-19, SIA, JAGABAN And LEADERSHIP - Olarenwaju Asabi

The recent global pandemic has made me realise that political leadership is not bought but earned. It is not by extravagant publicity or praisesinging but by individual endowments and personal belief.

Oftentimes, it amazes me how Senator Amosun’s online "voltrons" media-hype and praisesing him into believing that he has attained the position of a national leader.

While Asiwaju extends his COVID-19 relief packages across the federation and Southwest states inclusive with cash and materials, the National Leader donated the sum of 200million Naira to the Federal Government and 50 truckloads of rice to all Southwest states which further proves his capacity.

Senator Amosun on his part donated N25m to the Ogun State Government and distributed 25,000 relief packages to APC (the SIA caucus only) which also proves his own leadership capacity, and not even Ogun state citizenry in its entirety or the Southwest as a region benefited from the "good gesture," however a gesture well appreciated by other beneficiaries and me though.

How can or will someone or a group of people think of equating Senator Amosun with Asiwaju? Asiwaju has proven himself over time, having built leaders across Southwest states and Senator Amosun who could not install a successor successfully is being hyped to be at par with him!

Asiwaju played a major role in Senator Amosun's success story, a fact which cannot be forgotten so soon.
The likes of Babatunde Raji Fashola, Akinwunmi Ambode, Musiliu Obanikoro, to mention a few, will also not complete their success stories without including Asiwaju.

Some even argue that Senator Amosun was also a two-term Governor and Senator (respectively) as Asiwaju. Yes, this is true but they forget to consider the impacts made by the two of them in their capacities as leaders.

The sacrifices made by Asiwaju every time the political bottlenecks came calling.
How elevating and prestigious would it have been, if Senator Amosun had sacrificed his senatorial seat then sat back to watch like a kingmaker just like Asiwaju did with GOS in Lagos - a feat that has directly kept him out of governance in gone years till now but indirectly elevated him more.

Those placing Asiwaju and Senator Amosun on the same pedestal especially the latter's foot soldiers are either being puerile or deliberate in doing this to curry favours from their paymaster. Asiwaju produces men. We can’t say this of Senator Amosun.

Covid-19: We have done several sensitization and public orientation on this at the Nation level and state levels also. While the health workers are working around the clock to contain the monster and save the lives of the affected, we are using this medium to admonish our people and the general public to adhere strictly to the guidelines on safety and restrictions by the Federal Government and States across the country.
#StayAtHome,
#WashYourHands,
#KeepSocialDistance,
#StayAlive.

As an hard working team we have been recognised with several awards amongst which are LEADERSHIP AWARD by the National Transport Summit and Expo Abuja, and NATIONAL ROAD TRANSPORT MERIT AWARD by Road Transport Operators in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Transportation on 1st of May and 18th of October respectively, to mention few.

We pray the pandemic stops, the affected cured and we all continue our businesses as usual, and better than before. We have every member of our association at heart always.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Tough Time Don't Last, Tough People Do: A Message To Ogun State Youth

We are in a time when our sanity is being tortured by the pandemic while humanity is obliterating, A time when self-isolation is the cure to a ravaging virus, while hunger girdled our senses. A time when religious centers, schools and other public outlets are on pad and locks. This is a time when fear of the unknown tamed human minds.

With the means of livelihood being pin down, economy is immensely suffering as hunger has now blindfolded many harbinger of morals and channel their thoughts towards immorality. Daylight robbery, cult clashes and kidnapping are now the order of the day. And these won't solve our problems but add more to its weight.

Remember, this time shall pass, it might be more painful than a kidney stone but shall fade away like smoke into thin air. Obviously, The heart of the state governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun is beating steadily for his citizen's welfarism and he deserve nothing but showers of accolades for his responsiveness.

This is not the end, it is the beginning of something bigger. The light that await us after passing through this tunnel shall shine brighter than the sun. we are in this together, no social classes exemption, religious differentiation or tribal segregation.

However, Do not reduce yourself to a nuisance, a thief, an indiscriminate beggar and a nonentity in the course of survival. Rather, be resilient in the fight against crimes, be a custodian of morality, preach the gospel of the preventive measures against this deadly virus to the people, extend helping hands towards the less privilege with courtesy if opportune and above all, be a law abiding citizen.

Let's not panic, soon enough we shall scale through alive and once again be able to shake hands with our counterparts and colleagues as we used to, sleeping with our two eyes closed will be achievable while financial buoyancy will be restored and we'll be back to the yeilding state we once were. Let's all maintain peace to avert havoc that the lockdown might pose.

Dapo Abiodun: A Heart-Centered Governor By Ola Muritala

Genuine observers of leadership usually focus on the incentive and cultured attributes of a great and sincere Leader. They point to great strategies, distinctions, and mostly see Leadership as a matter of heart. They often rate Leadership based on the frequent assessment of a leader's sincerity, humanity, mindfulness and consideration of their followers. As one of these observers that have observed thoroughly, the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun-MFR's styles of leadership, I can confidently describe the Governor as a heart-centered Governor and Leader.

People keep testifying to His Excellency's wisdom, courage and compassion to lead others with authenticity, transparency, humility and service. Since he resumed office as Governor. He has always been mindful of his actions toward his people. Like we used to experience it in Ogun State before his emergence, no person or group of persons can boldly come out to say, His Excellency demolished their properties because they belong to a different political groups or have different interest apart from that of the Governors.

In essence, heart-centered leadership is not a singular gold standard or an ultimate pinnacle that only a rare few can achieve. It lies in one's ability to stop, go inward, and reflect on the course of action that you know is the right one rather than succumbing to external pressures and circumstances. (Susan Steinbrecher). With the way the Ogun State Governor is going about managing the current situation in the State and the entire world, one can confidently describe him as an incomparable (Omoluabi).

Last week Friday on my way home, I saw some folks gartered for discussions. From their discussions, I heard a man saying "governor wa le ma fun wa lowo, sugbon alanu eniyan ni". Meaning that Governor Abiodun may not be giving them money but he's a man full of Mercy. What other qualities do we need in a human being than this great quality found in this man called Dapo Abiodun?

Anyone can be a heart-centered leader if he or she has the determination and daily commitment to practice certain core principles. The root or basis of these principles is what (Susan Steinbrecher) call “the power of the human element.” Gov. Abiodun refused to allow the immediate local government Chairmen in the State to end their tenure with suspension; he paid workers salaries before the end of every month; he absorbed into the mainstream of the State civil Service, the over 2000 graduates employed towards the tail end of the immediate past administration; he retained the appointment of 18 permanent Secretaries appointed by the same administration this time. The absolute and unarguable fact remains that the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun has continued to be just, equitable and fair to all manners of people. Thus, regarding him a people oriented Governor, highly heart-centered Leader and a precious gift to Ogun State, Nigeria and the entire World.

The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) received the news of the Ogun State Government's CBN Anchor's Borrowers Project which is expected to be sited within some part of prestigious Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ojere. Our association which has over 21million of members across various Polytechnics, Monotechnics and other Diploma awarding tertiary institutions in Nigeria, including the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ojere area of utmost joy and desirous to have such a scheme in the Polytechnic sector.

We applaud the Ogun State Government through the Honourable Commissioner of Agriculture, Dr. Adeola Odedina to the giant stride towards promoting the agricultural sector of the gateway state( Ogun state).

Our joy over the scheme, the CBN Anchors Borrowers Project is as a result of the visionary outlook which our association has given such project, and our introspective look has given a green result. The developing project is one with both direct and indirect benefit to Ogun state and the country's agricultural sector at large, and also, to the benefit of the teeming Nigeria students, most particularly, the Polytechnic students.

Consequently, the projects is marked by our association as a welcome development for the benefit accrued to it to the agricultural sector of the state, and mostly, the sitting of the present batch of project at a Polytechnic such as the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogere.

NAPS appreciate Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic for giving room to the state ministry of Agriculture. We also call on other institution to give room for ministry to site the anchor borrower project in there institution.

We are thereby thankful to the Hon. Commissioner of Agriculture, Dr. Odedina who piloted development to the Polytechnic sector and most particularly, the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogere, Ogun state.

The project besides being one that will further add to the already flourishing brand of the Polytechnic, it will serve as advantage for students of the Polytechnic to tap from available knowledge in which the project will bring and also grants the opportunity for the students to key into such 'agric-prenuerial' project, most especially at this period when our country is in need of diversification which could only be achieved from the grassroot.

The project which we are expecting to commence soon at the MAPOLY will serve as an eye opener for the institution and bring about innovation, such as the establishment of agricultural courses which gives us a more balancing power with Universities in the struggle against B.sc/HND dichotomy, also, the project prepares the Polytechnic ahead, should in future further turned to university thus; serving as a wake up call for the Polytechnic in harnessing more on human capital resources and many more.

         These progressive and developmental benefits has propelled us to shower encomium to the commissioner for looking towards such direction;

Furthermore, while we expect that necessary activities which we gear up the commencement of the project, we urge the commissioner not to be distracted and to remain focus on this project and many more which we believe to come.

We also use this medium to categorically give our support where needed, towards ensuring the success of the project and any other developmental projects in the interest of the state and our students community.

The above for the interest of the state, students community and the Polytechnic sector.

Viva Aluta!!!
