Aremo Agunbiade Charges Christians To Shun Religious Differences And Move Closer To God As Lent Begins

          I welcome my Christian brothers and sisters to the month lent which indicates sacrifice, perseverance and austere discipline; a period of humility, sober reflection, prayer and shower of blessings. It is a period when we are supposed to close rank with God, the Creator.

          I implore Christian members to maximize the abundant blessings inherent in the month and draw lessons in the month, which include spirit of commitment sharing, self-restraint, obedience and love of God, and apply them to our fellow human beings irrespective of ethnic and religious differences.
