Honourable MKO Distributes Sanitizers, Hand Gloves And Other Preventive Materials




Honourable Mustapha Kodaolu Olajide, Distributed Sanitizers Hand gloves and other Preventive materials to people of Abeokuta South Local Government Area of Ogun State.

        This gesture started on Monday with a visitation to the Primary Health Centre Oke-Ilewo where Honourable Kodaolu alongside the Caretaker Chairman ably represented by Hon. Mrs Iyabode Adebambo the Supervisor For Primary Health Care Centre sensitized nursing mothers on the need to be more cautious as the Virus in town is a respected of Nobody.


        The Team was received by the Matron in Charge, Matron Shoronke who expressed joy as she lamented that there was already shortage of this materials and they are really finding it hard to purchase the items and this donation by Honourable Mko isn't just a good one but a Laudable one.

        In the same vein, Honourable  Mustapha donated another set of COVID-19 Preventive Materials to the Local Government. The materials was received by The Caretaker Committee Chaired by Hon. Ayomide Shomide. The Chairman expressed satisfaction with this initiative done by MKO and urged him to do more as there's need to protect everyone from the Virus.


        However The Secretary to the Local Government also expressed his gratitude and emphasised that there's need for others to emulate Hon. Mko. He stated that Abeokuta South is the premier L.G and there is a need to lead by example so due to this, the LG would exploit all necessary Avenue to curb the spread of the Virus in Abeokuta South.

        In his response, Honourable Mustapha thanked the LGA for the warm welcome and expressed his willingness to do more. He however urged the LG to work with all quarters to curb this Virus.

        On Tuesday also, Honourable MKO alongside some Chinese Officials of the World Health Organisation (WHO) visited the Kuto Market to Sensitize the traders on the need to take precautionary measures to prevent the Spread of COVID-19. They urged traders to limit their association with people as much as possible as it's important that we collectively curb the outbreak of this pandemic in our dear State and Country as a whole.
