OGUN APC YOUTHS MEET , APPRECIATE EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVES OF GOVERNOR ABIODUN.... PLEDGES FURTHER SUPPORT




         The Ogun State Coordinate of the APC Youth League has pledged its continued support for the present administration in Ogun State, led by Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR.



         The league made this known after its August monthly State meeting, held in Abeokuta.


         Coordinator of the group, Comrade Olamide Lawal who commended Governor Dapo Abiodun's administration noted that the less-than two year old government had created various Empowerment opportunities for the youths in the state.


          "We need to appreciate our Governor more. The various Agricultural and Entrepreneurial initiatives of this government are targeted at empowering the youths."


          " We believe government cannot employ everybody into the civil service. With all these Empowerment opportunities the Governor is creating for the youths, we can confirm his genuine love for us" Lawal explained


          The Coordinator maintained that this administration had created varieties of jobs through massive infrastructural development ongoing in the State.


          Accoding to Lawal, "We observed that the contractors in charge of the various road construction and rehabilitation in the state have been mandated to patronize local content"


          "Many of our youths have been engaged as suppliers, Skilled workers and even unskilled labourers in all the project sites across the state"



          He pointed out that, during the state meeting, our members commended the Governor for appointing majority of his new Senior Special Assistants from the Youth Constituency, which is a further prove of his love for the youths.



         Comrade Lawal assured that the youths would continue to support Government towards actualisation of its agenda to build the future together.
