Contractors working on the Panseke-Adigbe Road are currently installing utilities in preparation for road building, after doing palliative works to ensure road users can use the road while the project lasts.
The road project was abandoned by the immediate past administration of Senator Ibikunle Amosun, leaving drivers and residents whose property had been demolished to daily face serious hardship.
However now under the leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun, precast drainage boxes are being installed, while construction workers are relocating power lines to allow way.
Drivers and pedestrians have continued using the road, despite the ongoing works, as palliative measures have been put in place.
The Dapo Abiodun-led Administration is highly committed to ensuring that commuters along the axis enjoy a comfortable and pleasing journey experience as they go about their daily activities.
